T-Mobile launches Galaxy Note 8 “Buy one, get one free” offer

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 isn't even out yet, but T-Mobile is wasting no time in launching a new promotional offer for the upcoming flagship smartphone. The carrier has announced a new "Buy one, get one free" offer for the Note 8. You can also have the option to get a free Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus if you pre-order the Note 8 from T-Mobile as well.

Here's how this offer will work. You will have to purchase the Galaxy Note 8, and the second Note 8, Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus on T-Mobile's EIP payment plan, and also sign up for a second line for the "free phone".  Buyers will have to pay $210 down and $30 per month for 24 months for each Note 8 on the payment plan. Once you purchase both phones, you will have to go to T-Mobile's Promotions Center web page, and enter the promo code "17CSAMN8BOGO".

Once that happens, T-Mobile will send you a pre-paid MasterCard with the amount of money needed to cover the total cost of the second device you bought alongside the Galaxy Note 8. If you bought a second Note 8, the card will be in the amount of $930. If you bought the Galaxy S8 as the second device, you will get a card worth $750, while the S8 Plus rebate will be $800. It will take about eight weeks for T-Mobile to send out the pre-paid rebate card. If you have already pre-ordered the Note 8, you can still take advantage of this new BOGO offer.

Obviously, this deal will only last for a "limited time" but there's no word on when exactly it will expire. Keep in mind this offer is on top of Samsung's own pre-order promotion for the Note 8, which will give buyers of the phone a way to get either a free Samsung Galaxy 360 camera (worth about $230) or a 128 GB microSD card and a wireless charging pad (worth about $190).

Does this new BOGO offer from T-Mobile make you want to get the Galaxy Note 8 from the carrier? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
