The Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo is on its way to British retailer Clove and it will take a couple of weeks to get there. The Gingerbread running droid is pretty close specs-wise to the Arc flagship, but with a bit less extravagance and with a price tag that's more easy to swallow.
You can check out our XPERIA Neo preview for a more in-depth look into the phone but here are the basics - a 3.7" FWVGA Reality display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, 8MP camera with Exmor-R image sensor and 720p video recording, 1GHz CPU running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, HDMI port.

All this gadgetry is fitted into the ergonomic shell of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo, which carries over the curved back and central camera placement from the Vivaz.
Clove UK expect the first stock of the Neo to arrive on 19 April and will sell those for £360 (including VAT). That works out to $585 or €410. You can sign up for notifications and eventually buy the phone once it's available from here. The XPERIA Neo is on pre-order in Germany where it's cheaper but there's no availability date yet.
